Shipping Policy
This policy applies to physical items ordered from anavanila.com. Digital PDF patterns are delivered by download link immediately after payment — no shipping applies.
Dispatch Time
Physical orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed.
Shipping Method
We ship physical items from the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48. A flat rate shipping charge of £4.50 applies to all UK orders, calculated at checkout.
UK Delivery
- Handmade physical items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched
International Delivery
We do not currently ship physical items internationally. Digital PDF patterns are available worldwide with no shipping charge.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@anavanila.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
