Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made at anavanila.com, operated by Anna Stratulat trading as AnaVanila.

Digital PDF Patterns — No Refunds

Digital downloads are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By completing your purchase of a digital pattern, you acknowledge that:

• You are requesting immediate access to the digital file
• You understand and agree that your right to cancel is waived once the download is made available to you
• No refund will be issued once the download link has been delivered

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at info@anavanila.com and we will do our best to help.

Physical Items — 14-Day Returns

If you are unhappy with a physical item, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• You must contact us at info@anavanila.com before sending anything back
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@anavanila.com within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
