Orders and Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes
- AnaVanila is not VAT registered; no VAT is charged on your order
- Payment is processed securely through PayPal. We accept PayPal and debit/credit cards via PayPal
- An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email
Digital Products
- Digital PDF patterns are delivered via a download link sent to your email address after payment
- You are purchasing a single-user licence for personal use only
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or share the pattern files in any form
- Patterns are intended for personal use and small-scale personal crafting. Commercial production from our patterns requires a separate licence — please contact us
- We are not responsible for the finished results of any pattern; skill level and materials used will affect outcomes
Physical Products
- Physical items are handmade and may have slight natural variations — this is part of their character
- Items are dispatched within 2–3 business days via Royal Mail
- Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or customs
- Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been dispatched
Intellectual Property
All patterns, images, text, and content on anavanila.com are the intellectual property of Anna Stratulat trading as AnaVanila and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, AnaVanila shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
